　　主刀医生称结清费用再解释
　　对于切除卵巢是否合理这一问题，医务部一位女工作人员念了病历上的记录，“胎盘完全覆盖，植入子宫肌层，必须切除子宫。但是在切子宫的过程中发现，右附件已经形成血肿，呈紫黑色，延及骨盆漏斗韧带，所以必须切除附件。”至于患者对于切除卵巢不知情的问题，医务部的工作人员称，当时家属签了字，是知情的，随后给记者看了手术单，上面写着要切除子宫，而切除“右附件”的字样则写在右上方，并未正常写在空当上。
　　当时为郑女士做卵巢和子宫切除手术的妇产科的主任医生刘淑巧随后赶到了医务部给郑女士解释当时的情况，她说，当时之所以要切除郑女士的卵巢是因为患者无法凝血，血压下降厉害。至于手术过程中的细节，这位刘医生两次都以应该先结算医院的费用为由不再解释。
　　参与手术的医生另有说法
　　但是当日参与手术的张医生却与刘淑巧的看法大相径庭。她称，当时患者是因胎儿宫内窘迫、呼吸困难才推进手术室做的剖腹产，根本不是病历上所写的“完全性前置胎盘”。“把孩子取出之后，我发现患者三分之二胎盘植入，必须切除子宫，否则会出血不止，所以请示了主任。主任上了手术台之后，认为不用切除子宫，将出血口缝住止血即可。但是缝的过程中碰到了卵巢上的血管，导致卵巢上出现了一个血肿。”张医生称，按照常理剥离血肿就可以了，但是当时主任坚持要切除患者的卵巢，“卵巢切除之后，仍然出血不止，患者的血压一度很低，而且出现了不凝血的症状，直到这个时候，主任才切除了子宫。”
　　昨天记者咨询了陕西省妇幼保健院产科赵医生，他称，如果胎盘植入子宫只有一小部分可以采取止血的方法，但是如果胎盘植入超过1/3，就应该切除子宫，否则病人一定会大出血。而陕西省妇幼保健院另外一位姓马的医生也否定了切除卵巢的做法，“卵巢如果是正常的，出现血肿剥离就可以了，完全没必要切除。”

记者12月4日获悉，商务部对外贸易司工业品出口处原处长孟丹因涉嫌受贿20万元被提起公诉，北京市东城法院受理了此案。这名42岁的女处长因卷入“焦炭配额倒卖第一案”落马。
　　北京市东城检察院指控称，孟丹于2004年7至8月间，利用担任商务部对外贸易司工业品出口处处长、主持全处工作的职务便利，在审批焦炭出口配额及发放批件的过程中，为请托人李涵静谋取利益，并收取钱款人民币20万元。今年1月，被告人孟丹在得知中纪委对李涵静进行调查后将20万元退回。
　　检察机关认为：被告人孟丹目无国法，身为国家工作人员，利用职务上的便利为他人谋取利益，非法收受他人钱款且数额在10万元以上，其行为侵犯了国家工作人员职务行为的廉洁性，构成受贿罪。
　　记者了解到，此案中的行贿者李涵静被称做“焦炭配额倒卖第一案”的主犯。据《财经》杂志报道，李涵静案已于近日在河北省廊坊宣判。检方指控57岁的李涵静行贿和非法经营两项罪名，获得廊坊开发区法院认定，李涵静因此被判处有期徒刑3年，缓刑5年执行；其个人财产则被全部没收。
　　据报道，李涵静在过去十余年间，围绕机电、纺织、焦炭出口配额发放，以自己为中枢，编制了一条“寻租链”；其上游是发放、管理配额的外贸系统官员,胖男人穿衣搭配，下家则是各地使用或倒卖配额的企业。经查证，李涵静个人涉案资产逾1亿元，其公寓中就查出现金6000多万元。据李涵静本人交待，这些资金都是通过倒卖配额获得的。她每次向“下家”收受大量现金后，便以转移废纸之名，请搬家公司把钱运至公寓。
　　在此串案中，李涵静的行贿对象、商务部外贸司工业品出口处处长孟丹负责为李涵静提供市场信息和争取配额资源。孟丹工作范围涉及石油产品、水泥、钢铁等出口，对焦炭市场的走势可谓一清二楚。据李涵静受审时检方在法庭上提供的证词，孟丹于2004年上半年向李涵静提供了宝贵的市场信息，又助李涵静编制了一张包括自己在内的运作网络。孟丹因此获得李涵静20万元现金的回报。

原北京民族印刷厂厂长姚连成在职期间，因高价引进劣质印刷机，后又擅自做主合资成立一家三无公司，造成印刷厂直接经济损失838万元。

　　昨天参加旁听的，除了姚连成的家属，还有近20名民族印刷厂的职工。
　　1999年至2000年，担任印刷厂厂长的姚连成去印度考察后，从麦格夫公司花182万美元引进了一台M16商业彩色轮转印刷机。在印度试机器时，虽然已发现这台机器有三折页故障、套印不准等问题，但姚连成还是同意将其购进，后该厂不得不又花了20多万元买了台折页机。据检察院指控，姚连成的这一行为造成民族印刷厂直接经济损失500万元。
　　但昨天在法庭上，姚连成却始终坚持他签字的时候机器质量没有问题，并辩解道：“跟世界名牌差了一半的价钱，质量肯定也会有差别，但当时考虑到我们只需要承担课本和中低档次的印刷，完全可以满足要求。”
　　另外，检察机关还指控，2001年至2002年间，姚连成未经上级主管单位同意，就代表北京民族印刷厂擅自与滁州市冠兰彩色包装有限公司、日本株式会社高野实业共同成立了安徽三木彩色印刷有限公司。之后这家公司却一直没有经营。经相关部门确定，这家公司实际上为无资金、无场地、无人员的三无公司，因此而造成民族印刷厂直接经济损失338万余元。
　　而姚连成称，成立这家公司时，日本方以一台70万美元的设备作为出资，占到公司股份的49.但经检验，那只是一台上世纪80年代生产的三菱牌二手印刷机。而为成立这家公司，印刷厂投资了约170万元。

　　来自韩国、日本、中国、台湾地区和德国的历史学家16日在韩国首尔举行“纵观东亚历史的5个焦点”讨论会，对日本“新历史教科书编纂会”主编的日本历史教科书提出共同的看法，认为日本歪曲历史不仅是日本人自己的问题，世界各国应该通过长期交流，来共同对应。
　　日本大阪产业大学教授藤永壮指出：“当初，‘新历史教科书编纂会'刚成立时，与日本右翼和保守势力完全没有关系。但送审的教科书在采用时，开始依靠保守派力量来进行宣传活动。”
　　藤永壮说：“今天，日本社会出现反美呼声后，日本社会才出现民族主义。如果要克服日本民族主义历史认同，世界各国只能继续对应。”
　　中国北京大学教授王元周说：“中国除了对日本新历史教科书歪曲的历史内容表示不满外，也对日本否定和美化过去历次发动的对外侵略战争感到非常愤怒。日本应该重新确立历史的世界观。”

　　在昨日论坛上，厉以宁认为，目前中国经济的高速增长是挡不住的，到2025年前，都可以维持在8~10.他说，目前中国经济高速增长的主动力，一是固定资产投资拉动，二是民营经济发展的推动，三是消费在升级，需求在多样化，四是中国正处在固定资产大规模更新的阶段，上世纪90年代初引进的不环保、高耗能的设备都面临更换。
　　他说，在目前增速10的情况下，物价上涨指数只有2，所以目前中国宏观调控的主要方向不在通货膨胀，而在优化产业结构，提高经济增长质量，对国家最需要的产业作为投资重点，抑制某些行业产能过剩的现象。
　　企业家要勇于拿股权
　　对于目前很多地方对民营企业家奖励股权，给期权激励，厉以宁说，有些企业家想： 钱实在太多了，不好意思拿。我的看法是：给股权，你一定要。他说，民营经济发展起来了，得到回报是应该的，因为最大的受益者是国家。很多人认为民办学校最大受益者是民营企业家，但是真正最大的受益者是国家，因为国家不用太多的投资，却得到了人才。他认为，在激励政策和利益分配上，向创造价值的主体作较大的倾斜,大码女装，重奖能干者，最终的受益者还是国家。
　　股市双轨制是不得已
　　在演讲过程中，有“厉股份”之称的厉以宁似乎无法回避股市，针对基本完成的股权分置改革，股市实行全流通，他并不认为这就是完全否定最开始搞股市时实行的双轨制。他说，10多年前，股市一开始就搞双轨制，存量不动，只有增量才是股份制，而这个双轨制存在就有10年左右，于是一些人批评，中国的股份制一开始就不伦不类，但是刚开始搞股市的时候，阻力很大，很多老同志都不同意，于是我们就告诉他们，实际上是国有资产不能流动的。如果当初不这样，股市根本就出不来，可能我们现在股市还没有搞起来。

莫斯科市检察长肖明22日说，警方现已拘捕3名莫斯科“切尔基佐夫”市场爆炸案嫌疑人，他们都是25岁以下的在校大学生。其中一人是化学专业学生，引起市场爆炸的炸弹即出自他手。

　　肖明说，对市场爆炸案的调查结果显示，爆炸不是某个组织或团体所为。但检方对爆炸案的原因尚无定论。
　　21日“切尔基佐夫”市场爆炸发生后，对于事件原因，各种报道众说纷纭。莫斯科检察院曾表示，这起炸弹袭击事件很可能是由于生意人的帮派在经营上的争执而引起的。警方进行的调查也是刑事调查而非恐怖袭击调查。但警方并未排除车臣反政府武装发动“恐怖袭击”的可能。

　　据悉，警方在一名被捕嫌疑分子家中找到了与现场炸药相同的大量备用炸药。刑侦人员趁热打铁，审讯被捕嫌疑分子，搜查其住所，捉拿了另外两名同伙。报道称，被捕的三名嫌犯可能是负责具体实施爆炸的光头党分子，警方已查明了另外几个同伙的身份以及该团伙头目的情况。

本报12月3日刊发了3岁女童夏文雯死在宁波妇儿医院、省市卫生专家正在鉴定的报道，昨天上午记者获悉，有关部门已经对夏文雯出尸检报告，认为夏文雯“两肺广泛性肺炎、脑水肿，缺氧性脑病呼吸衰竭致死”。夏文雯的家人对此鉴定结果表示不服，表示要依法起诉。
　　尸检结果：
　　死于呼吸系统衰竭
　　昨天下午，记者在第一时间拿到了这份由省市医疗专家作出的尸检报告，报告上记载：根椐大体解剖及组织学所见，该患儿疾病主要是两肺弥漫性肺炎（肺间质及肺泡腔、部分支气管大量中性白细胞浸润）；感染性心肌炎及心外膜炎（心外膜脂肪结缔组强内炎细胞浸润，心肌间质小灶性中性白细胞浸润），大脑间质性水肿及脑细胞性脑水肿等。宁波市卫生局有关负责人表示，为了慎重起见，他们还到省里进行了二次鉴定，认定夏文雯最终是由于相关疾病引发呼吸循环功能系统衰竭而死。
　　死者家属：
　　这份鉴定难以接受
　　对于这份鉴定，夏文雯的家属表示难以接受。患者家属说，从孩子进医院是看腿痛的，住院后检查也没发现异常，经医生诊断为病毒性肌炎，治疗也围绕病毒性肌炎治疗的。按照鉴定报告，孩子患了这么重的病，但是从抢救到死亡的过程中，医院一直未出具病危通知单，病历记载也没有发现鉴定书说的两肺广泛性肺炎、脑水肿的病症。现在鉴定报告显示的病状,胖男人穿衣搭配，究竟是医院没有发现，出现误诊？还是鉴定结果不准确？家属表示，对于这份鉴定，他们难以接受，他们已经聘请律师，准备起诉。

　　还要进行医疗事故鉴定
　　就夏文雯之死本报记者曾多次到宁波妇儿医院进行过采访，并向该院办公室主任朱丰盛提出采访夏文雯的主治医生。朱主任表示，医生也受到了很大的伤害，现在不方便见任何人。
　　昨天下午，记者和宁波市卫生局副局长王仁元取得了联系，王仁元表示，夏文雯之死一事，局里非常重视，一是请省市有关专家对患者做尸检。现在夏文雯的尸检报告已经出来了，但这并非是最终结果，医院究竟有没有责任，还有待于下一步的医疗事故鉴定。

　　昨日下午4时许，鞍山市铁西区十道街一居民楼里，灵灵的姥姥哭得已经无法站立，几位亲属紧紧抱着神志都有些不清的老人。
　　记者赶到现场时，灵灵的母亲在亲属的搀扶下走出楼道，她两眼发直，双手痉挛，她还不敢相信眼前发生的一切。
　　据灵灵亲属介绍，灵灵父母去年5月离婚了，离婚之前，灵灵的父亲就有外遇。
　　离婚后，灵灵的爸爸经常带别的女人回家……
　　“灵灵从小可乖巧、可懂事了。”孩子的亲属都这样说。灵灵她妈离婚后一直住娘家，每次灵灵来看妈妈，一进门就往姥姥、姥爷怀里钻。快到年底了，灵灵的爷爷、奶奶非要让灵灵过去住几天。结果昨日下午，姥姥接到了灵灵爷爷的电话，说灵灵死了。
　　“我一开始不相信，因为平时灵灵的爷爷、奶奶、太爷爷都对灵灵很好，灵灵这么乖巧可爱的孩子，家里人都喜欢她，谁会害她？！”
　　太爷阻拦血染楼道
　　记者在楼道里发现，从三楼到六楼的阶梯上满是血迹。
　　灵灵的姥姥告诉记者，阶梯上的血迹是灵灵的太爷留下的，当时爷爷跟太爷一起对灵灵的父亲进行劝阻，但遭到灵灵的父亲的殴打，灵灵的父亲用利器将灵灵的太爷的手划伤。
　　在鞍山市鞍钢铁西医院急诊缝合室，记者见到了灵灵的太爷，医生正在给他受伤的手进行包扎。
　　记者询问案发时的情况时，灵灵的太爷爷的家属以“不知道这事，此时没发生过”为由回避了采访。
　　警方侦查，灵灵父亲嫌疑最大
　　采访中，有邻居称，灵灵的父亲在案发后，匆匆下楼，开车离去。几分钟后，铁西区公安分局繁荣派出所和分局刑警大队赶到现场。而此时，灵灵的父亲已经不在现场。随后警方对现场封锁勘察。
　　昨晚9时，记者从分局刑警大队得到消息，目前警方已经初步锁定犯罪嫌疑人为女孩灵灵的父亲，并展开缉捕。
　　警方从现场勘查的情况来看，灵灵死亡的原因疑为中毒死亡，但是还要等到尸检结果出来后才能进一步确认。
　　灵灵到底是不是被亲生父亲杀害？灵灵死后，她父亲去了哪里？本报将密切关注案件的进展。

三岁女童掉进幼儿园开水锅
　　把孩子送进幼儿园，做家长的似乎可以放心了，谁知原本欢蹦乱跳的孩子竟会掉进滚烫的沸水锅，转瞬被烫成十级伤残，全身烫伤面积达到30。昨日，进京打工的宗女士看着身上落下大片伤疤的女儿欲哭无泪，“她身上的疤越长越高，今后估计很难平复了。”而幼儿园方面则表示，他们已经为孩子支付了4万元医疗费，已经尽到了义务。
　　孩子坐进热水锅，浑身脱皮
　　宗女士说，去年10月份，她和丈夫带着不满3岁的女儿钟锐来到北京丰台区南苑槐房同和庄特总养殖区打工，由于没时间照看孩子，只得把其托给住所附近一家私人开的“童星幼儿园”。
　　宗女士告诉记者，2006年1月8日下午1点，她突然接到幼儿园的电话，通知“小孩掉到开水锅里了”。她听后马上冲到幼儿园，却只见女儿的小衣裳湿漉漉地搭在绳子上，待问清孩子去向再赶到医院，已是下午4点了。“我透过门缝看见了躺在床上的孩子，她光着身子趴在床上，肉是紫红色的，还脱下了大块发皱的皮。”
　　关于孩子是如何烫伤的，宗女士说：“值班老师小姜告诉我，中午11点，她把一锅坐开的水端到地上，然后出门取保温瓶，回来时就发现孩子坐在锅里了。”宗女士表示，“她还说，平时通常都会用凳子和桌子挡住锅再拿水瓶，可那天是周末，孩子少，她才没这样做，但不清楚孩子是怎么掉进去的,胖人穿衣搭配。”
　　在右安门医院的重症监护室里经历了痛苦的13天后，小钟锐才出院，其间经过了刮痂手术，经受的痛苦已经难以用语言表述。
　　半年仍未痊愈，伤疤隆起两厘米
　　昨日，在丰台区南苑槐房同和庄特总养殖区3排6号一间临时租来的简陋的平房里，记者见到了小钟锐母女俩。时隔半年多，孩子背上以及腿部大片的深红色的伤疤依然令人触目惊心。记者伸手摸了摸，感觉伤疤上的皮肤非常粗糙，而且沿着伤疤的边缘，整个创面隆起大约两厘米的，看起来很像多生出一块肉。
　　记者注意到，尽管天气很热，小女孩却穿着几乎不透气的弹力套装。宗女士告诉记者，这样穿是为了抑制疤痕生长，医生叮嘱至少要坚持一年。
　　小女孩调皮地望着记者，似乎已经逃离了5个月前的记忆，但被问及“那个水锅究竟多大”时，她眼神中仍流露出难掩的惊恐，她张开两条细细的小胳膊，用力伸展和比划。
　　在采访过程中，她的小手时不时地往背上抓，形容痒感如“好多蚂蚁在爬”。宗女士告诉记者，现在女儿每夜得靠妈妈安抚和不停搓动伤痕止痒才能入睡。当宗女士试图撩开小钟锐的上衣和裤子向记者示意伤疤时，她突然又哭又闹，并不停地挥拳打妈妈。“她以前很听话。”宗女士说，可烫伤以后脾气变得越来越怪。
　　园方称已付4万费用，已尽义务
　　宗女士表示，当初孩子入院时，园方确实垫付了手术费，并于2月底结算了部分住院费，但办理手续所登记的名字却不是“钟锐”，而是“王可儿”，孩子在住院期间还被多次催促出院，见家长不同意，3月10日，园方居然自行到医院办理出院手续，因无家属签名才没办成，但从此不再支付任何医疗费。
　　记者来到童星幼儿园，找到宗女士所说的姜老师，询问园内是否曾有小孩烫伤？对方先是坚决否认，但又表示：“即使发生这种事情，也必定有原因。”记者随后拨通了园长李素兰的手机，但刚听说询问与烫伤有关的事，立即推翻了几秒钟之前还承认的园长身份，并称对此事不知情。但10分钟后，李素兰又主动打来电话，表示确有此事，承认园方存在看管不善的过失，但认为支付了近4万元医疗费后，已经尽足义务。
　　宗女士表示，女儿烫伤后，她与丈夫辞职专心照看，直至孩子出院，丈夫才又开始工作，但每月微薄的工资甚至不足以供孩子用药。园方不肯出资后，她们只得到处借钱，目前已欠下两万元多外债。
